Who operates this site
PythonSkillset is an independent project run by Rohan C (Solo developer — builds and maintains this website), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The site offers educational content and tools (such as quizzes, articles, a code editor, and formatter) as described on the site at any given time. Features may change, be paused, or be removed as maintenance and capacity require.
No professional advice
Content on PythonSkillset is for learning and general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use code samples, tutorials, and any output from tools on this site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes others’ rights.
- Try to break, overload, or bypass security or rate limits, or scrape the site in a way that harms service for others.
- Submit unlawful, harassing, or malicious content through any form or API the site exposes.
- Misrepresent your affiliation or attempt to phish other users.
I may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts and access where I reasonably believe these rules are being broken. This is a small operation; moderation is practical and manual, not outsourced to a 24/7 team.
User content
Where the site lets you submit code, quiz answers, profile or CoderCard material, or other content, you keep your rights in what you create, but you grant me a limited licence to host, process, render, and display that content only as needed to run the service (e.g. running code in the browser, showing your public profile or CoderCard, storing snippets if you use features that save them). Do not upload confidential or illegal material you do not have the right to share.
Certificates
Quiz certificates are issued for course completion recognition on PythonSkillset only. They hold no academic or professional accreditation and do not guarantee employment, third-party certification, or competency in professional settings. I do not warrant that certificates will be accepted by employers, institutions, or any other party. A certificate indicates you passed a PythonSkillset quiz at the stated score — it is not a formal qualification.
I may revoke certificates where I reasonably believe they were obtained through cheating, automated abuse, or violation of these terms. Leaderboard rankings and scores are provided for community engagement; I may adjust, reset, or remove entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Third-party services
The site may load third-party scripts (for example advertising or fonts). Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for more detail.
Disclaimers
The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rohan C disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of all content, or that tools will meet your requirements. Tutorials, articles, quizzes, and code samples may contain mistakes or become outdated; verify important details before relying on them in production or professional work.
Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra (or another competent court in India if required) shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
Changes
I may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and adjusting the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, I will try to make them easy to notice on the site.
